The most common one is when adding songs to a playlist and then toggle the Download button to green, instead of showing Downloading, the Spotify app is stuck on "Waiting to Download" and nothing start to download at all. Similar issues can be seen on Spotify Community and most of the users can hardly get a proper solution from the forum. I can see those newer songs in the playlist on my phone, but they don't have the green "downloaded" icon below them, and the indicator at the top reads "Waiting to download". I have a large-ish playlist that I have set on download on the phone app, so when I add new songs to it on the desktop app or on my tablet, it's supposed to automatically add those new songs to the download on my phone when I open it.
